Batch Label Studio is built to be local-first. Your data stays on your device, and we do not receive it.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

All barcode and label generation happens locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or process your CSV or Excel files, pasted data, entered values, uploaded logos, saved projects, or generated images. We operate no backend server for processing label data, no account system, and no analytics pipeline tied to your label content.

2. Browser Storage

The free web application may use your browser's local storage or IndexedDB to remember preferences, saved projects, and recent templates. This data remains on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

3. The Pro Application

Batch Label Studio Pro is a single downloadable file that runs entirely offline. Once downloaded, it does not make network requests, phone home, check licenses online, or transmit usage data.

4. Hosting Provider Logs

The free web application is served as static files from a hosting provider. Like most web hosts, the provider may record standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp for security and operational purposes. These logs are governed by the hosting provider's own practices and are not linked by us to any label content.

5. Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. The hosting provider may set technical cookies required to deliver the site.

6. Children's Privacy

Batch Label Studio is a professional tool not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how the product handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect.
